What information do I need to provide for setting up a Wi-Fi (WiFi) monitored plan and how does the network need to be setup?

We will need:

The AlertMaxx2/Rego1 activation code - found on the front of the AlertMaxx2 or Rego1 (small white sticker).
The location of the router.
The network name (please be aware that we cannot connect the AlertMaxx2 or Rego1 to networks with blanks in the name i.e. 'My Network').
Confirmation that the Wi-Fi password will be available for our engineer on the day of setup.
