An F1 error code indicates there is an active high level alarm situation. This is also indicated by a continuous beeping from the unit. The sounder can be muted by pressing the RESET button, this will return in 6 hours if the alarm hasn't cleared. When the high level situation returns to normal, the display will show an F3 to indicate 'Flood has occurred'.
Please call PPS on 0330 9000 999 for assistance in fault finding. A high level alarm is considered an emergency and should not be left, especially without a battery backup installed.
Sometimes the F1 can be signalled falsely when setting up the float switch/s for the first time (improper setup).
